This last Sunday, we were all sick. We stayed home from church. By 3 o'clock we were all a little restless, so we decided to go for a nice Sunday drive.
It turned out to be more of an adventure than we had thought it would be. :)
Richard recently bought a 1983 BMW to commute to work in. We wanted to take it on our drive, as we hadn't really been in it yet. Apparently the gas gauge doesn't work...do you see where I am going?
We ran out of gas.
HAHAHAHAHA.
I thought it was (and still do) hilarious.
Who runs out of gas?! I certainly never had.
We passed a gas station about a mile back but were far from anything else. Richard left us in the car and started running to the gas station.
Luckily someone picked him up, so we didn't have to do too much of this.
We counted cars as they went by. We found magic sticks. Natalie cried because she got 2 fire ant bites.
There's the new car.
We really only had to wait like 15 minutes...since that nice man picked Richard up. Thank you nice man!!!!
Then we continued on with our drive. We ended up in Marble Falls and found Lake LBJ. It was a nice day, so we were able to walk around and throw some rocks in the lake.
