My sister-in-laws told me about a Salon that will cut your child's hair for a dollar for every year that they are. She does have a $5 limit...but who can pass up a $5 beauty trip? Makenna did such a great job and seem to enjoy it. She was especially excited for the sucker that she got afterwards! I think it turned out pretty cute...what do you think?Second First: Rainbow
I don't have a picture of this, but yesterday Makenna and I were outside playing. I was pushing her on her swing and it started to rain. For some reason we both started to laugh. We stayed out there swinging in the rain and laughing for quite a long time. It was still a little sunny, despite the rain, so of course there was a rainbow! It was so bright and we could see the entire thing from our backyard. I pointed it out to Makenna and taught her what a rainbow is. She would swing for a little bit then say, "I want to see the rainbow" and jump off to go look at it again. It was a fun moment! I just love being a mom!
