THE 4th

We had a fabulous 4th of July!

For starters, it was SUNNY!

(Last year we froze during the fireworks...the kids were wearing feety jamas with winter coats and blankets).

And secondly we spent it with people we LOVE.

We just spent the day at home, cleaning and organizing for the big move.

The kids did get some sprinkler time in though!

Sister snuggles!

Makenna was so excited about the fireworks this year! Well I guess she was last year too. She wanted to be right up there with the dads lightin' them off.

She would scare me...not because I thought she was going to get burned, but because when she would run away she was all over the place. She almost fell or crashed into something every time. Luckily she never did.

Natalie on the other hand wanted nothing to do with them. She kept asking me to go inside with her. Instead she just played with "Lightning McQueen" and her bike.

She couldn't stand to watch it!

Eventually she became okay with the simpler ones. She even held two sparklers!

Happy Independence Day!

We LOVE our country and are extremely GRATEFUL for those that fight for our

FREEDOMS and LIBERTIES!

God Bless America!
