March Madness

I am calling our March March Madness, because it was pretty crazy! Crazy, but fun. :)

We had spring break the 2nd week of March and we headed to AZ to spend time with family.

First we stopped in Tucson for the weekend to see this little guy. Isn't Easton such a cutie?! We had lots of fun with him! But I think he was glad to have his room back when we left. :) It was fun to see Paige and Michael...thanks for letting us stay with you!

On Monday morning we headed to Mesa to my grandma's house. My sister Stephi and her family were there visiting too...as well as my parents! Ashlee even came for a few days too!

The kids played frisbee a lot

Oops...it landed on the roof! Good thing Grandpa was there to save the day!

My Grandma, Mom and I :)

We went to a Mariner's spring training game.

Stephi and I went to the Temple one night and when we came out, we saw that there was a rehearsal going on for the Mesa Easter pageant. We stayed and watched the entire production. It was really cool.

Pretty ladies

We hit a really fun park that is by Grandma's house.

We found the kiddie pool in the attic and the kids had a great time splashing and jumping.

We found a lizard and Kenna caught it!

Ashlee arrived!

Stephi's brother in law lives in Mesa too and he was kind enough to invite all of us crazies to his house to swim and play. The pool was freezing and only a few of the kids got in.

We went back to Tucson to spend the day with Paige, Michael and baby Easton. They took us to a pretty "river" (there wasn't much water :) ). They had a reptile exhibit there so we had to check it out.

On the way out we saw this jackrabbit.

We had a great time in AZ! Makenna and Richard got the flu, but other than that, we had a fabulous time! :) We wish we could see everyone that we saw there more often. We always have so much fun with our family.

The Friday after we got home, the Kings (Richard's sister and family) came to visit us! We headed straight to the Gulf Coast after getting them from the airport.

We rented the house on the water. The kids couldn't swim though because there were oyster shells all over that were cutting up their feet. Poor Natalie had 4 band aids on her feet at one point.

We found a beach spot.

Wesley had a birthday while they were here!

We went to Zilker park and rode the train and played on the toys.

We had so much fun with them here! The kids had so much fun together! We also went out on the boat (which is also a whole story by itself. :) ), went to Hamilton Pool, ate at Rudy's, experienced a broken down car, saw the Alamo, watched lots of Phineas and Pherb, and had dance parties with a real disco ball (thanks to Wesley's awesome bday present!). We miss the Kings and hope we get to see them again soon!

Kenna had Good Friday (Kenna was calling it Nice friday...haha :) ) off from school and so we went to get much needed hair cuts.

These are the before pictures

And after...

Haha...Natalie's poses cracks me up.

And we had Easter...

Easter morning

I guess I should have taken more pictures on Easter....oops.

But as you can see...it was a crazy month. Lots and LOTS of fun, but crazy. :)
