A few weekends ago, we took a boat out on the Columbia River and went camping on it. We had a great time! We went up the Columbia for about an hour and a half, to the Bonneville Locks and went through the Locks. Then we docked in a little town called Cascade Locks. We didn't sleep all that well...and we decided next time it will just be Richard and I for over nighters...but all in all we had a really fun time. The next day we went back through the Locks and stopped at a little island called Reed Island. We had our own private little beach and spent a few hours playing in the water, taking naps, laying in the sand, and eating.
